A full English Breakfast for the same as a McBreakfast, with a choice of all sorts of Home cooking, Opens 6 days at 9.30am but closed on mondays and after your meal you can get your electrical bits from EWS

Montrose Cafe in High St Shotton, Run by Trisha and her dad (but mostly Trisha). If you get fed up of Fried Breakfast's the Montrose do a lot of Home cooking even "Liver & Onions". Tons of parking around the back and 3 "White Van" spaces in front

Rowleys Pantry, on the Rowley Business park, Shotton. Just off the road to Shotton Sports Club. Do a nice breakfast and often have specials, (Don't leave the door open when you go in!) . Can get very busy at 12 noon because of students

Merlin Circuits, the Staff Canteen. Manor Lane, Hawarden (by the new Airbus Factory) Open to the public, Don't let the Outside steel staircase put you off because the food is worth it and its cheaper than buying Butties. Have patience on Fridays when it can be busy.

The SPAR in Queensferry, by the railway bridge, Not a cafe but you can get good hot take away food in a hurry and there is plenty of parking

Tesco Broughton, not the cheapest but it is very clean, Can be busy with Airbus workers who dont like the food in their own canteen and during school holidays with mums who are too lazy to cook for their kids.

Pinfold Cafe, Pinfold ind est Buckley, You get a big breakfast cheap, if you can find somewhere to park. Also do takeaway orders.
